Horsham Enterprise Park

Plans to regenerate an 18.6-acre brownfield site in Horsham, West Sussex, are moving forward.

The council is committed to ensuring the site makes a significant contribution to creating and supporting high value employment and was given outline planning permission in October 2019.

The site is well connected, within close proximity of London, and convenient for major international gateways through London Gatwick (just 20 minutes away) and London Heathrow airports.

The masterplan sets out the ambition for the park to: create around 25,000 sq. metres of commercial floor space for B1 use, including Grade A office accommodation and space for business start-ups; for up to 300 new homes; and for community facilities. An existing 1930s Art Deco building on the site will be retained.

Work on the site is anticipated to begin in 2021 and could take around five years to complete.
