Highways & Roads

West Sussex County Council is responsible for maintaining all of the roads in West Sussex except the A27 and M23/A23 (motorways and trunk roads), which are maintained by the Highways Agency.

Our West Sussex Highways website contains operational information about the Highways partnership. It provides live data on our various planned works programmes including grass cutting and road surfacing.
