    Business Growth Groups launching July 2017

    Create Growth in your Business by getting together with other business people from the Horsham District to learn from each other and learn top tips and advice from a leading industry expert, on the topics you decide. There are 5 sessions, each lasts for 2 hours with the same delegates, to help build a strong relationship with other business people to make a real difference to your business.

  • FSB (Federation of Small Businesses)

    There are three branches of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) in West Sussex. The FSB is a membership organisation that represents and promotes the interests of the self-employed and owners of small firms.

  • Sussex Chamber of Commerce

    Sussex Chamber of Commerce provide first-class business support to companies of all shapes and sizes, through a range of sector-based membership services and networking opportunities.


    They influence key decision-makers in local and central government and are regularly consulted for feedback from the business community when policy is being developed, locally and nationally. So, being a member of the Chamber means that your voice will be heard.

  • Gatwick Diamond Business Association

    The Gatwick Diamond Business Association is a membership organisation that represents and promotes local businesses and provides networking and market development support to its members.

  • Institute of Directors (IoD)

    The Sussex branch of the Institute of Directors (IoD) has over 1,400 members. It represents and sets standards for company directors.

  • Marine South East

    Marine South East provides a wide range of support for businesses in the marine industry, including developing international trade opportunities and liaising with Government to raise the profile of the sector.

  • Sussex Food and Drink Network

    The Sussex Food and Drink Network is an active network of producers, processors, retailers and hospitality businesses involved in the local food and drink sector.

  • Sustainable Business Partnership

    The Sustainable Business Partnership CIC (SBP) offers free and subsidised support to businesses within West Sussex to help them adopt sustainable business practices.

  • Wired Sussex

    Wired Sussex is membership organisation for companies and freelancers operating in the digital, media and technology sector in Sussex.

  • West Sussex Growers Association

    The West Sussex Growers Association (WSGA) is a specialist horticultural branch of the National Farmers' Union, whose members have a strong interest in West Sussex horticulture.

    The Department for International Trade offers support and independent advice to foreign companies looking to invest or locate in the UK.

  • University of Brighton Green Growth Platform

  • Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy

    The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy maintains strong links with large businesses, key sectors and local business organisations to ensure that there is an effective link between national government policies to support economic growth and the needs of businesses.

  • GOV.UK

    GOV.UK is the main on-line information and advice service. It has a specific section for businesses, which covers a wide range of issues, including business grants and support programmes; advice on setting up and running a business; licences; intellectual property; and trading internationally, for example.
