West Sussex Business Counts 2017

Business count data is an extract compiled from the Inter Departmental Business Register (IDBR), a list of UK businesses managed by ONS, which recorded the number of businesses (local units) that were ‘live’ as at a reference date in March 2017. The data provides the number of business enterprises or businesses (local units) within a geographic area, ranging from countries, to local authority areas, to middle layer super output areas. The business count data is an annual dataset available under permission from Nomis.
