  • Coast to Capital Growth Hub

    The Coast to Capital Growth Hub  is a web portal for businesses. It includes an online directory of business support organisations, funding opportunities and a calendar or business events in the Coast to Capital region.

  • Small Business Grant (and Apprenticeship Grant)

    If you are hoping to set up a new business, if you want to grow your existing small business, or if you want to take on an apprentice, you can apply from 3 December for a share of these grant funds to help you out. For more information click here.

  • Utilise Plus Programme

    The Utilise Plus Programme is supporting energy efficient improvements for SMEs. The programme offers:

    • Grant funding
    • Energy audits and healthchecks
    • Events and workshops

  • LEADER programme

    The LEADER fund is part of the Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE), which aims to improve the competitiveness of farming and forestry, support a diverse and successful rural economy, and help to develop vibrant and thriving rural communities. For more information click here.

  • Coast to Capital Loan Scheme

    If you're an SME requiring investment to expand and scale up to deliver growth, then the Coast to Capital Loan Scheme, which offers loans of between £50,000-£500,000 for up to 4 years, may be able to help you.

  • Coast to Capital

    Coast to Capital Expansion Loan Scheme

    Coast to Capital LEP is funding a series of Loan & Equity Schemes called the Coast to Capital FSE Funding Escalator Fund. The Escalator supports business growth and job creation.


    Growing Places Investment Fund

    Coast to Capital LEP is seeking projects that have been stalled, due to lack of investment, to come forward. The fund is available to both the public and private sector for projects that will be ready to implement in the short-term and will create or unlock job creation. 

  • EAFRD Calls

    The European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) aims to strengthen the EU's agriculture, forestry sector and rural areas. Coast to Capital LEP has an EAFRD budget of £3.5m against 3 open Calls:

    • Food Processing
    • Tourism Infrastructure
    • Rural Business Development

  • Member's Big Society Fund

    In order to be considered for a grant from this fund, you need to contact your local County Councillor to discuss your proposal. He or she will then be in a position to decide whether to submit an application to the Fund on your behalf. The final decision on whether to allocate funding will be made by the Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources. For full details click here.

  • Community Initiative Fund (CIF)

    Community Initiative Funding provided vital funds to community groups and organisations across West Sussex since it was started in 2006. Funds are awarded at regular County Local Committee meetings and you should submit your application to the Committee that covers the geographical area your organisation (or the service you are seeking support for) is located within. If you are uncertain about which Committee to apply to, contact your local County Councilor. For full details click here.

  • West Sussex 4 Funding

    West Sussex 4 Funding is a free funding search service for businesses, voluntary organisations and community groups, and social enterprises to search for potential sources of funding for any venture or project.
